Jake Murphy and the Jake Murphy persona are trademarks of the Hobart Corporation, and may not be used in any commercial manner without the Hobart Corporation's prior written permission. They were created as a fictional character(s) to help promote the restoration and use of vintage Hobart commercial food equipment and for informational and entertainment purposes only. This social marketing program is currently being managed by a third party and therefore may not be construed as the official views or opinions of the Hobart Corporation or ITW. This program interacts with our audience through various forms of online and off line media including but not limited to: YouTube, Facebook, Twitter as well as various other blogs and forums within and outside of the control of the Hobart Corporation. By participating in the program, including by posting or uploading materials to any such online medium, you agree to comply with these guidelines.
